Kyle Leahy
I am from Boulder, Colorado, and have a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. I was selected in the MLB draft by the St. Louis Cardinals in 2018. I went from throwing in the 80 MPH range in high school to the mid-upper 90’s in professional baseball. Many different things went into making such a major improvement, but one of the most important was getting the most that I could out of my body while throwing. I created Paradigm Pitching to provide knowledge of proper pitching mechanics and drills that help pitchers improve the way they move and throw the ball to become the best pitchers they can be.
