Raised in Boulder, Colorado, I played baseball throughout my youth and earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Colorado Mesa University. In 2018, I was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the MLB draft and made my major league debut in 2023. During my time in the minors, I developed Paradigm Pitching to share the essential pitching mechanics and drills that helped me transform my game. These methods, which took me from throwing in the 80s in high school to the mid to upper 90s in the majors, are now available through Paradigm Pitching. The program is designed to help pitchers of all levels enhance their movement patterns and develop the skills needed to reach their full potential on the mound.
